    I had an excellent experience with James at Greenville Diamond Gallery. I brought in a Caravelle watch with an analog movement that wasn’t running. James took the time to examine it and identify the actual problem: a missing insulating film beneath the battery and damage to the battery holder from a previous battery replacement. He explained the issue and the repair option clearly, including the cost, so I could make an informed decision about whether it made sense to repair the watch. I really appreciated his knowledge, straightforward approach, and willingness to help. Fantastic service from James, and I’m glad I stopped in.

    What a great experience all around. Reasonably priced, professional and fast. My wife’s enchantment ring was repaired and polished in 3 days and it looks brand new. This will be only jewelry store I go to in Greenville.
